Invitation to Submit Proposal ReputationBuilding Campaign and Gala Dinner Fundraising Event for SOS Children’s Villages (SOSCV)
SOS Children’s Villages National Office, Vientiane, invites qualified and experienced event management and communication agencies to submit proposals for the implementation of a Reputation Building Campaign and Gala Dinner Fundraising Event in support of SOS Children’s Villages Laos (SOSCVLaos).
The selected bidder will be responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of an integrated reputation building and visibility campaign, as well as the full organization and management of a high-quality gala dinner fundraising event.
The objective of this assignment is to:
- strengthen the public image and reputation of SOS Children’s Villages,
- increase awareness of SOSCV’s work and impact, and
- support fundraising efforts through a professionally organized gala dinner event.
The scope of services will include, but is not limited to:
- development of a creative concept for the reputation building campaign and gala event,
- communication and branding support,
- event planning and coordination,
- stakeholder and guest engagement activities, and
- on-site event management.
Interested bidders are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the bidding requirements provided by SOS Children’s Villages National Office, Vientiane. Only shortlisted bidders will be contacted.
SOS Children’s Villages reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without obligation to provide justification.
