The National Office of SOS Children’s Villages of Laos, based in Vientiane, invites qualified and experienced event management and communication agencies to submit proposals for the implementation of a Fundraising Event in support of SOS Children’s Villages Laos (SOSCV Laos).

The selected bidder will be responsible for the planning, development, and delivery of a high quality gala dinner fundraising event.

The objective of the SOS Fundraising Event is to:

• Support fundraising efforts through a professionally organized, high-quality event; and
• Enhance stakeholder and public engagement with SOS Children’s Villages.

The scope of services will include, but is not limited to:

• Development of a creative concept for the event;
• Overall event planning, coordination, and logistics;
• Stakeholder, partner, and guest engagement activities;
• Communication and branding support related specifically to the event; and
• On-site event management and coordination during the gala.

Submission of Proposals

Interested bidders are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the bidding requirements provided by the National Office of SOS Children’s Villages of Laos.

Note: Only shortlisted bidders will be contacted. SOS Children’s Villages reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without any obligation to provide justification.

Proposals must be submitted no later than 13 March 2026.
